Who is She?

Aurora is a chef, herbalist, bartender, student of neuroscience and curator of nourishment and vibes.
She has spent 16 years in the fine dining world, climbing from dishwasher to chef;
18 years in exclusive, high-end catering, learning how to make multi-course menus happen with nothing but a busted generator, the headlights of a car, and a gas grill.
She attended the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism under Lisa Ganora in 2018, and has deep roots in traditional medicine passed down through her generations.
She specializes in blending culinary artistry, herbal wisdom, and ancestral healing because we're tired of being colonized in society, but also on our plates and with our health.
