Who Is She?

The food shorty, the chef, the herbalist, the curandera, the student of psychology and the entrepreneur. 

I harvest a unique blend of culinary skills from 15 years of working in fine dining and high end catering; herbal knowledge from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism and working at Herbs Etc as a clinical herbalist under Lynn Childson; and traditional medicine practices from my great grandmother Amelia, my Navajo auntie & uncle Elaine and Eldon, my stepmother Sabin, Dr. Lois Ellen Frank and Chef Walter Whitewater, UNM’s traditional medicine community, and traveling around Central America learning and participating in the “off-beat” but local communities.

My artistic medium is food, drink, and vibes. I specialize in sensory

experiences designed to make you feel and experience yourself through the lens of nourishment.
